Welcome to Ten ‘Til Midnight

For those who have been loyal readers for a while, welcome to my new and improved website. Hopefully this format will allow for greater interaction and more frequent updates. If you are new, welcome. I am very pleased to meet you and hope you’ll stay for a while.

I’m sure some of you might be wondering, why the new site?

Well, it’s quite simple really. For the past year I’ve been posting writing prompts, both the prompt itself and my work on the prompt. I’ve also been posting updates on my book releases as they come up and several months back I started posting a monthly chapter for my readers, but I found I wanted more. I wanted a space where I could talk about writing in general, not just my book releases. I wanted to share some thoughts about how I come up with ideas, how I turn Ideas into stories and eventually novels.

In short I wanted to talk about writing.

This site offered me the best format for my thoughts and the most potential to expand and develop some of my plans more fully. So the new page was set up and now I am launching it. While I have future plans that need time to develop I decided to go ahead and get started. Each week day you will find the daily writing prompts posted along with what I came up with for the day’s prompt during my fifteen minutes. I will be posting my thoughts on writing, and of course the monthly chapters will remain. While on the old site I kept two chapters up per month with older chapters disappearing as new ones arrived. From now until the end of the year, all previous chapters will remain available. In January, earlier chapters will start to be removed from the general posting. But for now they are all there. You can catch up, refresh, or start anew if you are a first time reader.

I will continue to post my book releases and let you know what is going on with my writing along with everything else. Perhaps we will come up with a few surprises along the way. Please feel free to contact me with any comments, questions or requests. I’ll do my best to deal with them quickly. I know some of you may have the e-mail address from my previous website. If you could use the one currently listed on my contacts page, that will ensure your e-mails don’t get lost. Or simply post a comment on the page.

I can’t wait to see where this page leads.
